Talent Acquisition Specialist / City of London / Permanent
Overview:
My client, a leading commodities trading organisation based within the city of London, are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team on a permanent basis. The role will be focused on recruiting top talent for their London office.
Role & Responsibilities:
Lead recruitment campaigns and manage end-to-end hiring processes
Support onboarding and coach managers on recruitment best practices
Maintain HR systems and employee records, ensuring compliance with employment law
Produce regular HR reports and support compensation benchmarking
Contribute to HR projects, wellbeing initiatives, and employee engagement
Handle visa applications and manage external recruitment relationships
Stay up to date with employment legislation and company policies
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven HR recruitment experience with a strategic mindset
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and present data clearly.
Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Proactive and resourceful self-starter
International HR experience is desirable but not essential
Proficiency in a second language is desirable but not essential
