You will joining our high performing team of consultants, focusing on one of our well established markets, with a warm client base. Your Responsibilities- Candidate management: Sourcing top talent within our market, guiding them through the recruitment process, creating a pipeline of candidates for future openings and ensuring a positive experience from initial contact to placement Building rapport: Building and maintaining relationships with both candidates and clients Generating leads: cold calling potential clients, generating business leads and emphasising MCS Group's value and tailoring recruitment solutions to their needs.
