You'll be at the heart of a busy operations department, helping to keep everything running smoothly - from booking jobs and sending quotes to liaising with customers and making sure the right people are in the right place at the right time.
What you'll be doing:
Answering calls and emails, delivering first-class customer service
Booking and coordinating site visits, training, and equipment hire
Preparing quotes, contracts, and project paperwork
Scheduling work for the team and keeping records up to date
Helping track performance and pulling together reports
Building great relationships with colleagues, customers, and contractorsWhat we're looking for:
A positive, "can-do" attitude and eagerness to learn
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communication - both written and spoken
Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
