This is a Saturday and Sunday morning role, perfect for someone who enjoys early starts and takes pride in delivering a high-quality breakfast service. You'll be responsible for preparing and cooking fresh, well-presented breakfasts in a fast-paced but supportive environment, ensuring excellent standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction every weekend.What you'll do:Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality catering, vending, and hospitality services in line with dietary requirements, allergen controls, brand standards, and food safety regulations.Manage financial performance by controlling costs and overseeing purchasing, stock, payroll, and reporting systems, including eProphit.Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver excellent service, carrying out reviews, coaching, and performance management in line with company policies.Maintain outstanding standards of hygiene, health & safety, and statutory compliance, ensuring all due diligence and food safety documentation is completed accurately.Provide flexible operational support across the site, including covering holidays and sickness, attending training and meetings, and ensuring the security of facilities and company assets.What you'll bring:Passionate about food and hospitality, with experience working in fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environments.
