Your Missions
Support and manage the planning, coordination, and execution of front‑end development activities for complex infrastructure projects. This role ensures that early‑stage programme development is structured, evidence‑based, and aligned with business objectives, enabling a successful transition into design and delivery phases.
Key Tasks
* Assist in the development of project scopes, option appraisals, studies, and business case evidence.
* Coordinate technical, commercial, and stakeholder inputs to ensure a coherent, delivery‑ready project definition.
* Maintain project plans, progress reports, risk logs, and action trackers across the front‑end lifecycle.
* Support the organisation and facilitation of internal and external stakeholder meetings and workshops.
* Document stakeholder requirements, decisions, and agreed actions, ensuring traceability and alignment.
* Prepare input for governance boards, investment reviews, and steering groups.
* Manage NEC4 contracts as the Project/Service Manager.
Qualifications
Essential:
* Security Clearance (SC) and solicitor of UK national; ability to work on site in Glasgow 3 days a week.
* Hands‑on consultancy and/or construction background.
* Experience in infrastructure or utilities.
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to challenge CE’s.
* Hands‑on experience with NEC4 contracts and stakeholder management.
* IT proficiency.
Desirable:
* Primavera P6 and CEMAR knowledge.
* Membership of a relevant professional body.
* Marine‑specific background.
* NEC PM accreditation or formal training.
