Join our friendly team as a Supply Teaching Assistant, supporting students across a range of year groups. We offer flexible hours and a chance to make a real impact every day! As a Supply Teaching Assistant working on supply, you will have the opportunity to gain experience across all areas of the school, supporting and engaging students who for various reasons find life and school challenging.
The successful Supply Teaching Assistant will be required to be patient, hardworking and understanding when working with young people.
The desired Supply Teaching Assistant will have:
1. Experience of working with students with young people with additional needs
2. A passion for education and helping people
3. A nurturing and engaging personality
4. Be flexible in delivering a personalised learning programme which will equip them to become responsible citizens.
