We are seeking a reliable and professional Gatehouse Receptionist to join our Site Logistics team at Ravago in King's Lynn PE30, UK. As the first point of contact for visitors and drivers arriving on site, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our gatehouse. Your responsibilities will include: Greeting and directing visitors and drivers with a friendly and professional demeanor. Managing entry and exit logs to ensure accurate record-keeping. Coordinating with internal departments to facilitate efficient site operations. Handling incoming calls and emails, providing information as needed. Ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols at all times. Assisting with administrative tasks as required by the logistics team. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably within the building materials industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills. Familiarity with safety and security procedures is an advantage.
