Job Description: Title: Primary Teaching Assistant Location: Weymouth, Dorset Salary: Market related Start date: ASAP Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking to make a difference in a primary school setting ? Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic individuals to support primary schools across Weymouth. What you will be doing: - Work closely with teachers to support learning in Early Years, KS1, or KS2 - Provide one-on-one and small group support to help pupils reach their full potential - Assist children with phonics, numeracy, and literacy activities - Support pupils with SEN, EAL, or additional learning needs - Help create a nurturing and engaging classroom environment What We’re Looking For: - Experience working with children or young people (preferred). - A patient, caring, and flexible attitude. - Good literacy and numeracy skills. - Ability to work effectively as part of a team. - A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
