This pivotal role empowers you to build and nurture strong customer relationships, drive new business, and deliver exceptional packaging solutions.
What you'll do:
* Nurture Relationships: Build lasting partnerships with clients, understanding their needs to offer tailored solutions.
* Drive Growth: Identify and seize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our extensive range of packaging products and services.
* Win New Business: Generate leads, skillfully negotiate deals, and secure new accounts.
* Be an Expert: Stay ahead of industry trends and product innovations, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
* Strategize & Collaborate: Develop and execute sales plans, working closely with our design and technical teams to deliver outstanding results.
What you'll bring:
* Proven business development experience, ideally within the manufacturing packaging sector.
* Strong grasp of packaging products, materials, and processes.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* A self-motivated, goal-oriented, and growth-focused mindset.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* A valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
