HLTA - Intervention Lead
Hammersmith & Fulham, W12 (commutable from Hammersmith, Shepherd's Bush, Fulham, Chiswick, Kensington)
£115-£135 per day

Long Term Futures is seeking an experienced and confident HLTA to lead targeted interventions across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in a high-performing West London primary school.
This role is ideal for a skilled Teaching Assistant ready to step up, or an established HLTA looking for a more focused, impact-driven position centred around raising attainment and supporting pupil progress.
About the Role
Working closely with senior leaders and class teachers, you will:
* Deliver targeted interventions in reading, writing and maths across the school
* Support pupils in closing learning gaps and accelerating progress
* Lead small-group sessions and occasional 1:1 support
* Adapt learning strategies to meet a range of abilities, including SEN
* Track progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
* Support consistency in teaching approaches across year groups
This is a class-based role, focused on academic support and measurable outcomes, rather than general classroom assistance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* HLTA status or strong experience delivering interventions independently
* Confident supporting English and Maths across primary phases
* Experience working across multiple year groups (EYFS-KS2)
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Proactive, reliable and focused on pupil progress
* Committed to a long-term role
