Initial Washroom Hygiene Service Team Leader

The Service Team Leader Role
As a Service Team Leader, you will support the branch's operations and organise the Service Driving team. Key responsibilities include:
* Planning and organising routes for our drivers
* Organising the fleet of vehicles we have
* Managing a certain number of drivers within the branch
* Dealing with customer complaints and queries
* Identifying ways to improve the quality and efficiency of customer service
* Providing support and development for colleagues in the branch
* Keeping relevant documentation up to date including vehicle information
* On occasions, you may need to cover driving routes
Requirements
* Full UK manual driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points
* Demonstrated leadership skills in a working environment
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with the ability to adapt quickly to changes in the work environment
* Experience in managing within a service delivery environment would be advantageous but training can be provided
* Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
* Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs
* Ability to use own initiative and have a positive ‘can do' attitude
