Role Description
We’re expanding our talented team and are looking for a driven and qualified Building Surveyor to join us. At Paddick Engineering, we’re recognised for delivering engineering solutions with precision, innovation, and structural excellence. This is an excellent opportunity for a MCABE, MCIOB, MRICS (or equivalent) qualified professional who is ready to take ownership of exciting projects and contribute to our continued growth.
Qualifications
* Professional qualification: MCABE, MCIOB, MRICS (or equivalent - essential)
* Proven experience in Building Surveying and Condition Surveys
* Knowledge of Dilapidation tasks
* Skills in Feasibility Studies and Contract Management
* A proactive approach and ability to work as part of a collaborative team
