A well-regarded primary school in Warwick, proudly partnered with Hays Education, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join their Reception class. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact during a key transition period for young learners.
About the RoleThis position is to cover a vacancy, starting in September and continuing until October half-term, or until a permanent appointment is made. You’ll be supporting a delightful Reception class as a General Teaching Assistant, helping children settle into their first formal school experience.Your presence will be vital in creating a nurturing and engaging environment, so prior experience in Early Years or Reception settings is highly desirable.
Working HoursIn addition to classroom support, the school is looking for someone who can also contribute to their wrap-around care clubs, offering extended support to pupils beyond the school day.
1. 3 days per week: 07:45 – 16:00
2. 2 days per week: 07:45 – 17:30

What you'll need to succeed
3. An outstanding EYFS practitioner
4. Skilled at engaging and enthusing pupils in their learning
5. Knowledge of EYFS Framework
6. Previous experience working as a TA within the UK
