Your Role
Are you a proactive professional ready to drive growth in our Power & Pump division across the Midlands region ? In this dynamic role, you will:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities.
* Increase sales, rental, and profit across our portfolio.
* Target opportunities in both existing and new market verticals.
Key Responsibilities
As our Area Sales Manager, you will:
* Coordinate, manage, and deliver the Sales plan for your territory.
* Introduce the Carrier range of products and services to the market.
* Collaborate with colleagues to provide industry-leading standards.
* Prospect for new customers and opportunities with existing clients.
* Continuously develop your product and application knowledge.
* Contribute to our data systems, especially the CRM system.
* Provide reports on customer inquiries, hires, and sales.
* Assist in the collection of payments due for services provided.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
* Outside sales experience within Plant Hire or Construction (experience selling pump solutions is a plus).
* Familiarity with electrical power supply equipment like generators, solar, or battery storage solutions.
* Strong MS Office skills.
* Effective communication skills to engage with multiple stakeholders.
* A self-motivated attitude and a passion to win.
* A valid UK driving license.
