Overview
Vertu Motors Nissan Darlington is seeking a Service Advisor to join our well established business. We are part of one of the largest motor retailers in the UK. We offer a £30,000 basic salary plus company benefits.
Responsibilities
* Act as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
* Set customer expectations and keep in touch with customers throughout the service or repair of their vehicle.
* Upsell additional products where appropriate and follow up with customers after work is carried out to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Previous customer facing service experience is essential.
* Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are important; ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet targets and deadlines.
* Previous experience in the role is beneficial but not essential.
