The Role: We are seeking a Head of Planned Programme and Compliance to lead and manage all planned maintenance, compliance, and statutory obligations across a diverse property portfolio. This senior role will be responsible for ensuring full regulatory compliance, developing robust long‑term planned programmes, managing asset data, and overseeing partnering contracts to deliver value for money and high‑quality outcomes. You will act as a key advisor to senior leadership, providing clear assurance on compliance performance and driving continuous improvement across planned programmes, contract management, contractor performance, and data integrity.
