Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is currently looking for a motivated and proactive Procurement Officer to join our Procurement Team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a high-quality procurement service to colleagues across the organisation. You will support departments with end-to-end tendering processes, help manage supplier relationships, and contribute to strengthening our procurement and contract management practices. We’re looking for someone who combines strong analytical skills with a collaborative and professional approach. You will bring: Experience supporting end-to-end tendering processes Strong financial and commercial awareness The ability to analyse spend and produce accurate cost reporting and business cases Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including analysis and reporting Knowledge of contract buying and tender procedures An understanding of risk management principles The ability to build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers and partners Experience managing contracts and supplier performance, identifying risks and opportunities Knowledge of public procurement regulations (desirable) At CCHA, you’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative team where your work makes a real difference.
