Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our in-house digital marketing team at Everlast, supporting both the UK and US markets. You will play a key role in executing and optimising multi-channel performance marketing strategies across Affiliates, Paid Social, and PPC to drive growth and brand visibility.
This is a unique opportunity to work with a well-established brand within the fitness and lifestyle sector, managing performance marketing campaigns from strategy through to execution, analysis, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Affiliates:
o Manage and optimise affiliate marketing campaigns to drive revenue in UK and US markets.
o Develop relationships with affiliate partners, leveraging data to maximise performance.
o Monitor performance, track metrics, and improve program effectiveness.
o Stay updated on industry trends and identify new opportunities.
* Paid Social:
o Develop and manage paid social strategies across Meta & TikTok.
o Analyse and optimise campaign performance to meet KPIs.
o Create engaging ad content for targeted audiences.
o Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
* PPC:
o Plan and optimise PPC campaigns on Google Ads & Bing.
o Manage daily campaign performance, including keyword research and bid management.
o Identify growth opportunities through industry trends.
* Performance Analysis:
o Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
o Monitor and improve based on data insights.
Qualifications:
* Experience in digital and performance marketing, especially Affiliates, Paid Social, and PPC.
* Strong analytical skills with tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager.
* Data-driven with a focus on results.
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
* Proactive, detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple campaigns.
* Passion for fitness and lifestyle sector is a plus.
