Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate the Director’s schedule, including meetings, travel, and priorities Act as a key liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders Support business operations, including monitoring projects and ensuring timely delivery Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation for decision-making Assist in financial administration, including invoicing, expense tracking, and basic budget monitoring Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and HR-related administrative processes Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Support client communications and maintain key business relationships Identify process improvements and assist in implementing operational efficiencies Requirements Proven experience in an executive assistant, business support, or operations role Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems Experience supporting senior management or directors
