What you'll be doing
* Underwriting cross-class commercial risks across Property, Liability and PI
* Reviewing and pricing business with a focus on quality and long-term profitability
* Supporting the development and scaling of new schemes and products
* Monitoring portfolio performance and maintaining underwriting discipline
* Working closely with senior underwriting leadership on strategy and direction

* Strong commercial underwriting experience across multiple classes
* Technically minded - with solid attention to detail and wording knowledge
* Confident making underwriting decisions independently
* MGA or insurer background beneficial
* Someone who genuinely values underwriting quality over chasing volume
