We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to work full time at our office in Wigan.
Duties & responsibilities as follows:
* Answering the busy reception main phone line, transferring calls, taking messages
* Welcoming clients, making them tea & coffee, taking client ID, dealing with general queries
* Ensuring reception area and meeting rooms are clean & tidy at all times
* Sorting, stamping and dealing with incoming & outgoing post
* Ordering files from store and returning files to store
* Audio typing
* Taking credit card payments over the phone and face to face
* Online ordering of stationery and other office supplies
* Archiving files
* Requesting of Deeds/Wills and the maintaining of the system for it
* General photocopying
Salary: dependent upon experience
Hours: Monday – Friday
Holidays: 26 days per year plus Bank Holidays
You must have previous experience working as a receptionist, preferably in a law firm
