What you’ll be doing:
* Lead and manage a small team of managers overnight, ensuring all replenishment activities are completed for the next day.
* Plan for upcoming key trading activities and events in collaboration with the store leadership team.
* Manage people-related activities, including pay, scheduling, training, communication, and employee relations such as performance management and disciplinaries.
* Take full accountability for the store overnight, role modeling high standards and efficiency.
* Ensure the health and safety of all colleagues working on your shift.
Our nightshift managers work full-time over 4 nights, with a £4,500 premium on top of their salary (shifts typically run from 22:00 – 08:00).
