Hair & Beauty Administrator
Reporting to the Curriculum Manager for Professional & Service Industries, the Hair & Beauty Administrator will support the Construction, Professional & Service Industries team in delivering excellence across the College’s hair and beauty services.
Responsibilities
* Manage appointments using our booking system
* Handle phone calls, messages and email enquiries
* Support stylists and therapists with client scheduling
* Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area
* Process payments and manage the till
* Promote salon services, treatments and retail products
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a salon, spa or customer service role
* Excellent communication and people skills
* Highly organised with the ability to multitask

Monday to Friday
