Overview
As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests. You will be responsible for various kitchen tasks, ensuring that food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities
* Assist in meal preparation and cooking, following recipes and presentation standards
* Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and marinating
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations
* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
* Support catering events by preparing and serving food as required
* Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained properly
* Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies when necessary
Experience
* Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred, including roles in catering or restaurants
* Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary skills
* Understanding of food safety practices and regulations
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team while demonstrating strong communication skills
* A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals for guests
