Job Description
Job Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
1. Demonstrates and promotes the company vision

5. Registers incoming samples (as needed), maintains accurate records of work performed for quality control or regulatory purposes.
6. Enters sample data into Eurofins eLIMS system accurately and timely.
7. Performs laboratory testing on incoming samples efficiently and accurately, meeting turnaround time goals.
8. Verifies and submits results promptly.
9. Identifies process difficulties and reports with proposed solutions.
10. Responds to client, staff, and co-worker queries proactively.
11. Maintains cooperative relationships with all employees and communicates effectively.
12. Promotes the company image through ethical business practices.
13. Strives to improve work quality using existing and new technologies.
14. Identifies non-conformances and out-of-specifications.
15. Performs all activities safely and efficiently.
16. Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements include a High School Diploma. Ideal candidates possess:
* 1-2 years of laboratory experience
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite
* Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
* Responsive problem-solving and action-oriented mindset
Work environment requirements:
* Ability to lift 10 lbs regularly; up to 25 lbs.
* Ability to stand throughout the shift
* Willingness to work overtime and holidays as needed
