We're looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to make a real difference
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced catering professional to lead a small team and help create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. You will play a key role in ensuring guests and colleagues are well supported with high-quality food service in a clean, safe and friendly environment.
About the candidate
You will be a confident and approachable individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering excellent service. You'll be comfortable supervising a team, maintaining high food safety standards, and ensuring all guests feel welcomed and well cared for.
The ideal candidate will have:
· At least three months' experience working within a catering or hospitality environment
· A Level 3 Food Safety qualification (or above)
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· The ability to lead, motivate and support a team
· Confidence managing dietary requirements and allergen procedures
· A proactive and organised approach to maintaining cleanliness and service standards
Experience working with young people or previous supervisory experience would be advantageous, but is not essential.
What you'll do
· Lead and support a team of Catering Assistants during service
· Ensure the dining area is clean, safe, and welcoming at all times
· Help deliver a high-quality and appealing food service
· Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards
· Support guests with dietary and allergen requirements
· Contribute to a positive team environment and high service standards
· Work closely with management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
