This hands‑on role requires in‑depth digital marketing expertise, experience supporting performance‑focused campaigns across the marketing mix, with management of multi‑million pound annual budgets and a can‑do attitude.
A key aspect of the role is strategising, launching and optimising campaigns across Affiliates, Influencers (partnership ads) & our Retail Media partners. What you’ll do
* Lead on the strategy for Affiliates, Influencer & Real Media channels. Launch, monitor and optimise campaigns across the channels, to improve KPIs such as ROAS, MOAS, FOV, FYV and CPA.
* Test and launch new publishers/platforms to reach new audiences and drive incremental gains for the business.
* Develop channel testing frameworks and partner closely with our Econometrician, MarTech team and Insights to drive the test and learn agenda.
* Reporting - pull data for daily, weekly and monthly reports for both creative & performance. Work with Insights & Econometric teams to track and analyse campaign performance.
* Creative asset management, working closely with the Digital Campaign and in‑house creative teams, for delivery on partnership ads.
* Understand Ocado’s customer segments – what makes them tick and how we can acquire and retain more of our priority segments.
* Ad‑doc tasks across the wider Digital Marketing team such as raising POs & invoicing.
Who you are
* Proven experience of hands‑on, dedicated experience managing and optimising significant budgets across Affiliates and partnership ads. Retail Media experience is desirable but not essential. Agency or in‑house experience is acceptable.
* A strong understanding of trading KPIs: CPA, ROAS, CPC, CTR, CPM, conversion rate, margin and how to influence them.
* Data‑driven with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Collaborative – you possess excellent communication skills, capable of building productive relationships across the organisation.
* Curious & eager to learn – you are naturally inquisitive and keep up to date with the latest industry trends and news.
