As they continue to scale, they’re looking for an experienced insolvency professional to join the team as a Product Specialist/Subject Matter Expert. The role:
* Support the delivery and configuration of the software for firms transitioning onto the platform.
* Act as an internal specialist, helping interpret client requirements and ensuring accurate system setup.
* Contribute to product enhancements through issue investigation, root-cause analysis, feedback, and testing.
* Collaborate with onboarding, product, and support teams to maintain quality and improve user experience.
About you:
* Background in insolvency (preferably corporate) and a strong understanding of UK insolvency processes and transactional requirements.
* Confident communicating with clients and explaining technical processes clearly.
* Analytical, detail‑focused, and comfortable working across multiple workstreams.
* Technically minded, with an interest in technology and how software works in practice.
* Qualifications such as AAT or CPI are an advantage but not essential.
