You will:
* Own and optimise paid media channels (e.g., paid search, social, display, video) to hit customer acquisition and retention goals.
* Analyse and report on marketing mix performance, attribution, and ROI across campaigns.
* Collaborate with data, creative, and product teams to develop and test new growth strategies.
* Develop insights and recommendations that improve campaign performance and LTV / CAC.
* Contribute to broader strategic planning for always-on, seasonal, and stunt campaigns.
You have:
* 3–5 Years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or media buying.
* Hands-on experience with performance platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, programmatic DSPs).
* Deep understanding of marketing attribution models, MMM, incrementality testing, and customer funnel metrics.
* Experience analysing data in Excel, Looker, or similar analytics toolsExperience managing budgets and delivering against performance KPIs.
