Electrical Maintenance Engineer : Knightsbridge
Location: Knightsbridge, London
Hours: Monday to Friday : Split Days (7:00am:4:00pm / 9:00am:6:00pm)
Salary: GBP 46,000 + Plenty of Overtime Available
We are currently seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a professional on:site maintenance team at a prestigious property in Knightsbridge. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer looking for a stable Monday:Friday role with strong earning potential through overtime.
Key Responsibilities
: Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical building services.
: Maintaining systems such as lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, fire alarm systems, and control panels.
: Fault finding, testing, and repairing electrical systems and equipment.
: Supporting the wider engineering team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the building.
: Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations and site procedures.
: Accurately completing maintenance logs, test records, and documentation.
Requirements
: Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
: 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential).
: Previous experience working in building services maintenance (commercial or high:end residential preferred).
: Strong fault:finding and problem:solving skills.
: Good understanding of electrical systems, distribution boards, and building controls.
: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
