Your new role
As Project Manager, you will lead the design, development and construction of retail projects from initial concept through topletion and store opening, ensuring alignment with the wider property strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing the full project lifecycle including feasibility, design, planning and delivery
2. Overseeing production and approval of drawings, budgets and programmes
3. Managing project CAPEX from planning through topletion
4. Leading contractor tender processes and coordinating design teams
5. Liaising with finance teams on budgets and cost control
6. Ensuring all statutory approvals (planning, landlord, licencing) are secured
7. Managing health & safetypliance and CDM requirements
8. Coordinating stakeholder engagement and pre-contract meetings
9. Advising on design and build considerations
10. Overseeing project delivery through to handover, including O&M manuals and warranties
11. Authorisingpletion certificates and carrying out post-contract audits
12. Ensuring financial close-out of projects
