Key Responsibilities: Work alongside the SENCo to implement personalised education plans for SEND students. Support teaching staff in differentiating curriculum content to meet diverse needs. Track and record student progress accurately. Provide tailored in-class support, including adapting resources and strategies. Act as a liaison between students, families, and staff to ensure effective communication and support. Assist with delivering small group or one-to-one interventions.
