Fleet Administrator
Job Type: Temporary (6 months), Part-time
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 1pm
Hourly Rate: £12.63
Location: Carlisle (Rural)
NXT Recruitment are excited to be supporting a well-established business with their search for a Fleet Administrator. This is a part-time opportunity, initially for 6 months, where you’ll play a key role in providing administrative support to the Fleet Department.
This role is perfect for someone with strong organisation skills, accuracy in data entry, and the ability to thrive in a busy environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Process all vehicle defects into the Fleet Maintenance system.
2. Update and maintain Fleet spreadsheets with current information.
3. Support the production of KPI reports and monthly figures.
4. Keep vehicle files accurate and compliant with legislation.
5. Handle scanning and filing of fleet documentation.
6. Provide general support to the Fleet Department as required.
7. Undertake other duties in line with business needs.
About you:
8. Previous administration experience, ideally within fleet or logistics.
9. Confident with Excel, Word, Outlook and computer-based systems.
10. Strong organisational and numerical skills with an eye for detail.
11. Able to work under pressure and on your own initiative.
12. Clear and professional communication skills.
13. Driving licence essential.
