Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Lisburn (with regular UK / Ireland travel)
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional looking to grow within a people-oriented company. The successful Quantity Surveyor will play a pivotal role in managing projects, controlling costs, and ensuring successful project delivery.
The Role
* Manage all aspects of project commercial activities
* Prepare documentation for sub-contractors to price, obtaining and reviewing quotes
* Review, analyse, negotiate, and procure sub-contract packages
* Control changes and variations, including site measurement and cost control reporting
* Build and enhance professional relationships with clients and subcontractors
* Ensure compliance and economic benefit through communication and technical support
* Work collaboratively to deliver projects on time and within budget
The Person
* 2+ years' post-qualification experience in Quantity Surveying
* Preferably experienced in fitout / main contractor
* Degree-level qualification
* Strong commercial and contractual awareness
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Proficient in IT, with a proactive attitude and strong time management skills
