You’ll be the key link between engineers, account managers and customers, ensuring contracts run smoothly, opportunities are maximised, and service standards remain high. You’ll also play a hands-on role in commercial growth, supporting remedial and additional works quoting, reviewing proposals, and driving revenue (currently around £1.5m p/a). Collaboration is key — you’ll work closely with account managers, sales teams, and administration to deliver first-class results.
