OVERVIEW
A brilliant opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to join a heritage sports brand who has recently been acquired and has received significant investment. They are now on a growth journey are looking to expand their product portfolio and grow their teams.
This is a brand that is well-known and loved by its users but there is huge opportunity to explore new technologies and ways of working and to launch into new markets.
WHO YOU ARE
* Seasoned PM: You have 5+ years of Product Management experience in building and shipping consumer software products together with cross-functional agile teams of designers and engineers, resulting in significant business impact. You have looked after a product or part of a larger one in the consumer space.
* Strategic - You are comfortable thinking both strategically at the broader company level and tactically at the feature level
* Oriented in business - You possess a strong business acumen and use those instincts to help inform decisions
* Excellent Communicator: You are an excellent communicator and storyteller, communicating concepts and ideas to stakeholders at all levels
* Doer - You have a strong bias for execution and ensure that the team is consistently shipping products and delivering customer value
* Data-inspired: You are experienced with data-informed product development, with knowledge of AB testing and product analytics
* Curious: You love exploring new and existing paradigms to add to your repertoire of ideas and solutions. You are exceptionally curious about new products and how users will respond to them.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
* Be at the forefront of an emerging technology in a fast-growing sports sector
* Define and drive the product vision, strategy and metrics across web and app
* Deeply understand and embody the voice of the customer
* Collaborate with designers, engineers, researchers and data scientists to identify problems, opportunities, and solutions that will support the needs of our users and impact our goals/metrics
* Work with a variety of cross-functional partners to receive input, get feedback, and keep them advised
