We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Microsoft-focused consultancy for an Account Manager / Client Manager to support their continued growth in business transformation services.
This is a client-facing role suited to someone who is highly engaging, commercially minded, and experienced in building strong customer relationships while driving professional services revenue.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing key client accounts, acting as a trusted advisor on Microsoft-led transformation initiatives, and identifying opportunities to expand services across the Microsoft ecosystem.
Key responsibilities include:
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Identifying and closing opportunities for professional services
• Supporting clients on their digital transformation journey
• Collaborating with internal delivery and technical teams
• Driving account growth, retention, and customer satisfaction
Key requirements:
• Strong customer engagement and communication skills
• Proven experience selling professional services or consultancy
• Solid account management background with commercial awareness
• Good understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g. Azure, M365, Dynamics)
• Experience within or exposure to Public Sector clients is advantageous
• Proactive, relationship-driven approach
