About the Job
Drive the technical delivery of CRM and marketing automation initiatives to support a world‑class student journey, focusing on recruitment, conversion, and retention. Own the design, execution, and optimisation of personalised, data‑driven, omni‑channel communication strategies across the student lifecycle.
Act as a bridge between marketing, product, and technical teams, enabling scalable automation and ensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right time. Lead the implementation and optimisation of journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, leveraging tools such as Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and SQL.
Take ownership of CRM automation performance, ensuring system reliability, data accuracy, and continuous optimisation. Drive personalisation and targeting strategies using behavioural data, segmentation, and predictive insights, while maintaining strong data governance and compliance standards.
Contribute to platform evolution by adopting advanced capabilities such as Salesforce Einstein, and provide technical expertise to stakeholders to translate CRM capabilities into impactful business outcomes.
Requirements
Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, etc.)
Hands‑on expertise in SQL, AMPscript, and HTML for campaign execution
Experience building and optimising multi‑channel automated journeys
Strong understanding of segmentation, targeting, and personalisation strategies
Experience working with large and complex CRM datasets
Knowledge of data governance, GDPR, and compliance practices
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work across technical and non‑technical stakeholders
