Key responsibilities for the role: Ensuring workspaces and public areas remain clean and tidy throughout and after service. Carrying out cleaning duties as needed, always following Health & Safety and COSHH guidelines. Operating and maintaining the plate wash and pot wash machines, including daily cleaning. Assisting with stock rotation and safely storing food in line with Health & Safety regulations. Using cleaning chemicals when required, while following PPE and safety guidelines.
