We are looking for an experienced data analyst to help drive transformation that enables evidence-based decision making throughout the organisation. You will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of the council’s corporate Data Strategy and working with our core technology platform; Microsoft Fabric. The ideal candidate will have: A strong background in data analytics, with a strong foundation in data modelling and proficiency in SQL Proven experience in developing reports, dashboards and visualisations using PowerBI to communicate findings to stakeholders Expertise in data preparation, ensuring that data is accurate and primed for use across the organisation. Skills in data system orchestration, with the ability to manage data pipelines and workflows Knowledge of ETL processes, and a proactive approach to enhancing data operations. Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders and translate data into meaningful insights.
