What You'll Do Conduct on-site inspections for Class 2 buildings (multi-residential), ensuring compliance with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations Identify defects, risks, and non-compliance issues-then help get them fixed Prepare clear, concise reports and provide expert guidance to builders, developers, and clients Work closely with project teams to ensure quality and compliance from start to finish Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and changes in building codes What You Bring Current registration as a Class 2A Building Inspector In-depth knowledge of BCA/NCC and local regulatory frameworks Excellent attention to detail and investigative mindset Strong communication skills-you can explain complex issues simply and clearly A professional, proactive attitude and a commitment to safety and quality
