Temp-to-Perm Palletizer Operative Canterbury (Rural Location – Own Transport Beneficial) We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable and proactive Palletizer Operative to join a busy production environment in the Canterbury area. Key Responsibilities Monitor and ensure all palletizing robots are operating efficiently Identify and resolve technical or operational issues quickly Maintain smooth workflow and minimise downtime Work closely with team members to support production targets Ensure health & safety procedures are followed at all times Pay Rates £14.00 per hour Overtime paid at £17.50 per hour Shift Patterns Available 5 days on / 2 days off 4 days on / 3 days off Up to 12-hour shifts What We’re Looking For Strong problem-solving skills Good attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic technical or mechanical understanding preferred Reliable, flexible, and willing to work varying shifts Own transport beneficial due to rural location This role would suit someone who enjoys hands-on work, troubleshooting, and keeping operations running smoothly in a dynamic production environment.
