The role:
* Teaching Science across KS3 and KS4, with opportunities to teach KS5 depending on experience
* Planning and delivering engaging, practical, and differentiated lessons
* Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student achievement
* Monitoring progress and using assessment effectively to raise attainment
* Contributing to the wider life of the school, including enrichment and extracurricular activities
The ideal candidate will have:
* QTS or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
* Experience teaching Science in a secondary school setting
* Strong behaviour management and classroom presence
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A commitment to safeguarding and supporting student wellbeing
* A collaborative and proactive approach to teaching and learning
