Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Lawyer with proven regulatory expertise and a deep understanding of the Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors. You will help set up a dedicated practice, leverage AI tools in legal service delivery, and advise clients on complex corporate and regulatory matters.

Practice Development & AI Integration:
* Lead the development of AI-driven legal solutions tailored to Life Sciences and Healthcare.
* Shape the firm’s regulatory capabilities as part of a future-focused practice.
Regulatory & Legal Advisory (Life Sciences and Healthcare focus):
* Corporate transactions, venture capital, private equity, M&A in Life Sciences and Healthcare.
* Structuring, protecting, licensing, and commercializing IP assets.
* Governance / compliance strategies for regulatory frameworks governing biotech, medtech, pharmaceuticals, and emerging healthcare technologies.
Business Development & Thought Leadership:
* Contribute to client relationship management and grow ALTs Law’s profile through thought leadership in Life Sciences and healthcare law.
* Engage with investors, startups, and scale-ups to build long-term client relationships.
What We Are Looking For?
* Experience: 7+ years at a top-tier US law firm, with experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related regulated deep tech and science sectors.
* Deep expertise: Advise on regulatory frameworks and issues in life sciences, healthcare or related regulated sectors including experience advising on corporate projects e.g. VC/ PE investments
* Entrepreneurial Spirit: Keen interest in using legal technology to disrupt the legal industry
* Client-Facing Skills: Track record advising investors, startups, and scaling companies in highly regulated industries.
* Professional Credentials: Juris Doctor (JD) and active US bar membership.
* Bonus: Multi-jurisdictional experience in target sectors.
