I am currently recruiting for an Oncology Homecare Nurse to join a well-established clinical provider delivering specialist care to patients across Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity to move away from a hospital setting and provide one-to-one care in patients’ homes, helping to improve their overall experience and quality of life. The Role As an Oncology Homecare Nurse, you will support patients throughout their treatment journey in the comfort of their own homes, as well as in mobile units or clinics where required. Your responsibilities will include: Administering IV chemotherapy, oral chemotherapy, immunotherapy and supportive treatments Carrying out blood draws, toxicity assessments, and cannulation Managing central lines, pump disconnections, and IM/SC injections Delivering high-quality, patient-focused care in line with clinical protocols Planning and managing your own daily schedule and travel between patientsThis role offers a high level of autonomy, supported by a strong clinical and operational team, enabling you to focus on delivering safe and effective care.
