The Paid Media Manager will manage the delivery, optimisation, and performance of paid digital campaigns, working across major platforms like Google Ads and Meta. With a clear remit to scale performance, you'll play a vital role in turning marketing goals into measurable success.
Role Highlights – core tasks & impact
– Set up, manage and optimise paid search & paid social campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.)
– Monitor spend pacing to keep budgets aligned with monthly targets
– Track and analyse campaign performance using GA and Ads platforms
– Coordinate assets and ensure ads reflect brand and seasonal strategy
– Conduct testing and optimise bids, targeting, and creative performance
You Will Need – key skills/experience
– 2+ years' experience in digital paid media (agency or in-house)
– Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
– Strong with numbers, budgets, and performance insights
– Highly organised with attention to detail
– Able to juggle competing deadlines with a proactive mindset
