Your new company Hays is pleased to be working with a specialist legal firm in South Norfolk who are actively recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor. Your new role As a Customer Service/Client Care Advisor, you will be responsible for the following: * Answering switchboard calls and either dealing with these or referring them to the appropriate teams, or individuals.* Handling new claim referrals and entering data correctly onto the CMS. * Making re-assessment of injury calls to clients where required. * Identifying the "location of incident" details and using internet maps to save this to the file. * Conducting required conflict checks. * Complete Claim Notification Forms. * Taking out of new "After the Event" insurance policy and communicating with ATE insurer and client. * Discuss rehabilitation requirements with client and ensure completion of the rehabilitation instruction form. * Obtain client ID, proof of address and conduct the required anti-money laundering check required for all new clients. * Contacting witnesses for their assistance with claims and to secure a completed questionnaire and/or their account of the incident to be recorded on file. * Apply for police reports, CCTC footage of the accident, secure any dashcam footage and defendant's details via DVLA search. * Conduct MID search to identify the defendant's insurer. * Ensure client care documents are sent to new clients and check...
