Futures are excited to be working with a premium, high-quality, and niche health & beauty business with an impressive product portfolio. This business is the number 1 brand in their category in the UK, has achieved 350% growth since 2018, and has exciting NPD plans for 2024.
With strong listings across UK Grocery, High Street, Online, and B2B, they are hiring for a brand-new role.
Reporting into the Sales Director, you will manage the business's top-tier accounts across Grocery, including Asda, Morrisons, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, and Waitrose. Additionally, you will manage a team comprising 2 members: a National Account Manager and a National Account Executive.
Key Duties Include:
• Full P&L responsibility for Top 4 Grocery retailers
• Lead and motivate the sales team
• Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop and execute a sales strategy focusing on account growth, new business, and NPD
• Develop and implement POS & merchandising solutions to enhance in-store brand awareness
Key Experience & Skills Required:
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in National Accounts, managing Top 4 Grocery customers
• Interest or experience in the health & beauty industry
• People management experience is desirable
• Ambitious with an entrepreneurial spirit
