What Youll Be Doing
* On-site presence with a key logistics client in Lutterworth
* Managing end-to-end recruitment for temporary and permanent logistics positions
* Cultivating strong relationships with site managers and candidates
* Coordinating interviews, onboarding, and workforce planning
* Providing daily client support to ensure efficient staffing solutions
What Were Looking For
* Experience in recruitment or on-site account management, preferably in logistics
* Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
* Proactive, adaptable, and thrive in fast-paced environments
* Knowledge of compliance and right-to-work regulations is advantageous
What Youll Get
* Competitive base salary of £30,000 £35,000 per annum DOE + Bonus
