Client Relationship Manager - £60k – Education Catering - Nationwide
An opportunity for a commercially astute Operations leader to take on a strategic, consultative role within Education contract catering. This position focuses on client retention, performance optimisation and long-term partnership building across a nationwide portfolio.
About the position:
Working closely with the Client Relations Director, you'll act as a trusted internal consultant to Education clients and operational teams. Your focus will be on protecting and renewing contracts through insight-led engagement and financial performance analysis.
This is a national role with a healthy balance of home working and travel.
Key Responsibilities
Lead retention and renewal activity across Education contracts, managing risk and pipeline planning.
Build strong relationships with clients and operational stakeholders through regular site visits.
Analyse financial performance, P&L data and contract vulnerability.
Coordinate contract renegotiations and re-bids, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
Support and influence client presentations and re-bid submissions

Experienced Operations Manager within contract catering.
Education sector experience required.
Commercially confident with strong P&L and financial analysis skills
Credible, consultative communicator with excellent stakeholder management ability
Comfortable working nationally with regular travel
